In March 2017, Programmed launched its new 10-Year Aboriginal Engagement and Employment Strategy. This Strategy outlines how Programmed will ensure a sustainable and consistent effort to deliver improved employment outcomes for Aboriginal people. The strategy also supports broader community initiatives and advocates for society change to close the gap.
Programmed leveraged the best business practices from pre-acquisition with community and employment partner input to develop the new 10-Year Aboriginal Engagement and Employment Strategy. The combined approaches delivered employment outcomes for more than 5,000 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and Programmed are committed to increase efforts to close the gap.
