Cbus Super Fund is committed to attracting and retaining top talent into the organisation. They realise that they need to find ways of working that exceed the employee value proposition presented in the broader sector. To do this, as part of their diversity and inclusion initiatives they relaunched their flexible working agenda.
Cbus introduced a flexible working environment that required major changes across the organisation. This included changes to management capability in handling requests for flexibility, technology, policy creation/implementation and training. A holistic approach to working flexibly was implemented.
The Cbus workforce has access to flexible work across a number of opportunities supported by policy, technology, training and role modelling. The organisation has exceeded their target of 30 per cent of staff working flexibly for FY17.
