To support Sanofi’s vision of “we live for life”, the Futures Leaders Program (FLP) was designed to develop their next generation of leaders, exposing them to leadership both vertically and horizontally with the objective of improving Sanofi’s ability to attract, retain and develop agile leaders.
This program takes place over nine months and is a comprehensive blend of feedback, coaching, face-to-face interaction, participation, reflection, application and action learning with extensive involvement of the ANZ Leadership Team. An innovative mix of activities enables future leaders to develop self-awareness, tackle complex environments and develop their personal leadership skills.
The FLP participant’s ability to think more broadly in leadership terms is evident in their questioning, outcomes and career advancement. Success is aligned to Kirkpatrick’s four levels of learning evaluation. Reaction, post-coaching and impact surveys measured exceptional results including a post-program Net Promoter Score of 84+ and performance improvement ratings of +33%.
