Like many organisations, Medibank has undergone significant change over the least two years. They needed to ensure a strong, vibrant culture that empowered employees to live better, healthy lives, that fostered engagement and productivity and was an authentic expression of their brand for the wider community, industry and customers.
Medibank's Health and Wellbeing framework was refreshed to reflect the brand campaign ‘I am better’ moving from a fragmented approach to an integrated one which provides a consistent and aligned employee experience; connecting employees to their purpose, brand and strategy.
H&W at Medibank is part of the ‘The Medibank Way’ – the culture. Placing employees' health at the centre of everything they do and alignment to their brand provides an engaging employee experience, evidenced through participation and commitment to ‘I am better’ at all levels throughout the organisation.
