With strong foundations in various diversity pillars, particularly gender, LGBTI, mental health and Indigenous engagement, Aurecon implemented a suite of initiatives aimed at “turning the dial” on diversity and inclusion; enabling Aurecon’s future ready approach by supporting the inclusion of a diverse workforce, led by inclusive leaders.
Measured both through specific initiative targets as well as an employee consultation survey, Aurecon has “turned the dial” on diversity and embraced the attributes and language that leaders will need in order to lead inclusively. This inclusive leadership will drive innovation and design led thinking to be future ready.
