Coles is one of Australia's largest employers with over 100,000 team members and a combination of more than 2,200 retail outlets across the country, providing a range of fresh food, groceries, general merchandise, liquor and fuel to millions of customers every week. Coles is owned by Wesfarmers, one of Australia's largest publicly listed companies and private sector employers. Coles is proudly Australian with a heritage dating back to 1914 when George J Coles opened the first Coles variety store in Collingwood, Victoria. Coles is celebrating our Centenary this year and is aiming to be Australia's favorite employer!

After asking what our team members wanted, we developed an internal social platform to engage in a way that was fun while providing information and support. It has boosted morale, enhanced connection and collaboration and encouraged working smarter. mycoles is an interactive website that enables team members to be more self-sufficient, connect with each other, recognise and celebrate each other, share ideas, view the latest news, access exclusive benefits, view weekly rosters, download payslips and perform administrative tasks.
