Crown Resorts operates within the tourism, hospitality and events sector, providing customers with accommodation, food and beverage offerings, casinos, event and conference facilities, entertainment options such as concerts and shopping, and leisure facilities such as luxury day spas. We employee approximately 13,000 employees, making each integrated resort (Crown Melbourne and Crown Perth) its state's largest single-site employer. Our employees fill over 500 different roles, across many business units, including Food and Beverage, Retail, Hotels, Gaming, and Corporate Services, and we have an outstanding record of building and celebrating a diverse workforce, which includes employing and supporting Indigenous Australians.

Crown Resorts'One Goal, Many Stories' is about changing the stories of thousands of Indigenous Australians to contribute to Closing the Gap in employment. It started in 2009 when their Chairman, James Packer, signed the Australian Employment Covenant (Crown was the first organisation to do so), pledging employment for 300 Indigenous Australians. pledge is now to provide 2000 jobs for Indigenous Australians by 2021 - and so they have injected their program with new initiatives, new roles, and even a new name. Crown Resorts are proud and honoured to be making a real difference to the lives of so many Indigenous Australians.
