Fiona Michel has been executive general manager, people, community and alliances in direct insurance for two years. Previously, Fiona spent 12 months as group general manager in IAG Corporate Office, four years as executive general manager, human resources at IAG New Zealand and 10 years with Bank of New Zealand. She specialised in training and change management in IT for eight years.
Fiona is non-executive director on the national board of the Strata Community of Australia and a Harvard Business School alumni. Fiona's passions include cooking and travel. Her next big adventure will be walking Spain's 800km Camino de Santiago in 2015.
